In this video, filmed in China (@k.animalflowchina), several participants perform all three versions of the Flow consecutively: from the most accessible and simple version, through the standard version, to the most challenging version. The edit presents them one after another, creating a direct comparison between the different levels of difficulty and showing how the same movement language can be approached by practitioners with different abilities and levels of experience.
An interesting way to see the energy of the Chinese community during International Animal Flow Day 2026 while also appreciating the technical progression of the Flow: from the version designed to be more accessible to sequences that require greater control, coordination, mobility and mastery of the movements.
Animal Flow was created by Mike Fitch and combines bodyweight movements, animal locomotion and the concept of Flow in a practice based on movement on the ground. International Animal Flow Day was created specifically to bring the international community together and share this experience through Jams organized in different countries around the world.
